After the Leadership Live event in November 2012, this was written on the plane headed back home again to Indiana. It started out as an exercise to capture the event in words. But, after a few sentences... that whole plan went away. What actually came out of the pen was something completely different. It ended up being a letter of thanks...

Upon reflection, it's obvious the lessons and message from Culture Sync are invaluable.  But, the other side of coin... what makes it all work is the people.

With such a great event, it is easy to spread the word back home in Indiana.  People are interested.  I hope there are more events like this in the future so more Hoosiers/people can share in the experience.

Thanks to Dave, the CultureSync team, the speakers, and everyone that attended.  You guys rock!
