Tenet Health is a healthcare services company that operates different facilities across the United States. The company was founded in 1967, has over 115,000 employees, and has an annual revenue of over 18 Billion dollars.

Samsung is a conglomerate company that was founded in 1938 by Lee Byung-chul. today, the company has over 320,000 employees and has annual revenues of over 210 Billion dollars.

American Airlines was founded in 1926, is headquartered in Dallas, Texas and has over 122,000 employees. The airline is considered the world's largest when looking at total revenue, aircraft fleet size, number of destinations, and total number of passengers.
Lufthansa is a German airlin company that started in 1955. The company has over 129,000 employees and operates a fleet of 285 aircraft.
ZF Friedrichshafen AG or ZF Holdings is a German company that was originally founded in 1915. The company produces products manufacturing, the automotive industry, rail transportation, marine engineering, and aviation. The company employs over 136,000 employees and is headquartered in Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Jabil Inc. is a global manufacturing company that was founded in 1966. The company has over 100 manufacturing facilities in 28 countries and employees over 170,000 people. Jabil is headquartered in Tampa Bay, FL.
TJX was founded in 1957 and is a multinational company focused on the retail industry.  The company has over 235,000 employees and has an annual revenue of over 33 billion dollars.
Tyson Foods is a company that was founded in 1935 and is currently headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas. There are over 135,000 employees with over 41 Billion in annual revenue.
Sears Holdings is a company with roots that go back to 1886. With over 140,000 employees, Sears has a strong history in retail sales.

Johnson Controls is headquartered in Cork, Ireland. The current company was the result of a merger between Tyco and Johnson Controls in 2016.  Johnson Controls has over 120,000 employees worldwide and is diversified technology company and a leader in many industrial sectors.
The first Aldi store was founded in 1913 in Essen Germany. The mission of Aldi is to provide "Simply Smarter Shopping." Aldi has been following their core values for over 40 years and now have over 25,000 employees with over 1,600 sotres in 35 states.
Bank of America, Mission, Vision, Values, Company Culture

It is refreshing to see a company with very clear and well-defined core values. If you are looking for a good example of shared corporate values, Bank of America is worth taking a look. Also, their website design is nice!

CVS Health has a great set of core values, a purpose statement, and overall good messaging describing who they are. Particularly interesting is the fact that they refer to themselves as a "Pharmacy Innovation Company."

With 15 different brands of hotels and over 3,900 hotels in 72 different countries, Marriott has a huge global presence. I am looking forward to digging into the history, culture, and values that Marriott stands behind.

Founded in 1910 by Namihei Odaira, Hitachi created its first product, a 5 horsepower induction motor. Over 110 years later, Hitachi is one of the largest global corporations today.

Another great aerospace company. To be honest, there were a bunch of different values flying around the world of Airbus. The Airbus website has "Core Tenets," instead of core values, which were a bit longer in nature. I decided to default to the parent company, the Airbus Group, formerly known as EADS, in order to tie a clear set of core values back to Airbus.

During my initial research on the Boeing Corporation, I never realized how many historic aircraft companies have become part of the Boeing corporation. Learning more about this iconic company is going to be very interesting.

Ikea is very interesting. It took a while, multiple visits to their website before finding a reference to their core values. During the research phase, it was interesting to see all the great initiatives Ikea is involved in. Very inspiring! Be sure to check out their list of core values and how they put a unique spin on each phrase/term.
